Cross-Cultural Campaigning?

Training Program

Designed for emerging changemakers, this program builds your capacity to lead cross-cultural conversations and turn climate knowledge into meaningful action.

Program Overview

The Shared Leadership Program is a free course with four modules delivered online. Designed for those ready to deep dive into the world of change-making, the program offers eight hours of interactive learning.

Guided by Dr. Yolanda Waters — a marine scientist and climate communications researcher dedicated to empowering diverse communities to take meaningful climate action — participants will build confidence in storytelling, public speaking, and cross-cultural leadership while deepening their understanding of climate solutions and advocacy.

As spaces are limited, completing an Expression of Interest does not guarantee a place. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview as part of the selection process, and successful participants will be asked to confirm their place before joining.
