SHARED LEADERSHIP

Designed for emerging change-makers, this program builds your capacity to lead cross-cultural conversations and turn climate knowledge into meaningful action.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Shared Leadership Program is a free course with four modules delivered online. Designed for those ready to deep dive into the world of change-making, the program offers eight hours of interactive learning.

Guided by scientists, sociologists, and seasoned advocacy experts, this program empowers diverse communities to take meaningful climate action. Participants build confidence in storytelling, public speaking, and cross-cultural leadership while deepening their understanding of climate solutions and effective advocacy.

As spaces are limited, completing an Expression of Interest does not guarantee a place. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview as part of the selection process, and successful participants will be asked to confirm their place before joining.

The Shared Leadership program was a transformative experience that helped deepen my understanding of climate leadership and equipped me with practical tools and techniques for real-world impact. Over the four modules, I engaged with other participants in sharpening my skills on how to hold powerful, values-based conversations that inspire action, and how to reframe multicultural leadership from a deficit lens to one of empowerment and strength. The modules on engaging with media and politicians gave me clarity to represent complex climate issues in public discourse when needed. It was a pivotal program in my leadership journey.
