The Shared Leadership Program is a long form learning program with 4 modules over 9 hours, with an optional excursion. The course is available online or in-person.
The program is designed for those keen to deep dive into the world of change-making.
Whilst there will be one trainer that will guide each cohort through the program, each session will have a different co-trainer who is an expert in the practice field or subject matter.
Given limited numbers for intake, completing an Expression of Interest does not guarantee a spot in the program. Trainees will be chosen based on an interview as part of the selection process in the lead up to each cohort intake.
