INCUBATION & ACCELERATION PROGRAM
A program designed to support founders scale up new environmental groups as well as support current organisational leaders to accelerate their impact ambitions.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Open to carefully selected founders, teams and organisations, the Incubation and Acceleration Program provides tailored support to elevate founders and leaders driving environmental and climate initiatives. Each leadership journey is customised around four pillars: Strategy, Organisational Development, Coaching & Mentoring, and Funding & Fundraising. Selected participants also receive additional support through MLI grants and grant-match partnerships to scale their organisation’s impact.

Strategy Development: Co-designing your group's pathway for the change your seek in the world.
Organisational Development: Cultivating your talent and provision of financial, legal and compliance support.
Coaching & Development: Regular 1 to 1 and peer support from MLI and our eco-system of partners.
Funding and Fundraising: Provision of enabling grants as well as support in seeking funding.
