CLIMATE AMBASSADORS
An MLI Climate Ambassador is more than a messenger. They are a bridge between worlds, carrying the climate conversation into the languages, stories, values and trusted spaces where public will is truly formed. They are critical because narratives do not shift through facts alone, but through belonging, credibility and human connection. By equipping multicultural leaders to speak from within their own communities, MLI is helping grow a broader movement and reshape climate action from something seen as distant or elite into something shared, lived and necessary, drawing us closer to a climate-safe future led by the many, not the few. MLI Climate Ambassadors are hand picked from the alumni of our various learning programs.
WHAT DO THEY DO
MLI Climate Ambassadors are media spokespeople who can shape public narratives, advocates who can influence government and industry, and leaders within business, civil society and community institutions who help shift decisions from the inside. They represent a breadth of leadership across sectors because that is what winning demands: not a simple bottom-up or top-down model, but a shared effort in which communities, institutions and decision-makers move together. In that sense, MLI Climate Ambassadors are not only voices for change. They are part of the architecture of change itself, helping align public sentiment, policy ambition, market leadership and community trust so that a climate-safe future becomes not only imaginable, but achievable.
